What this website collects

Nothing by itself. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no contact forms.

Like any website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives your IP address and technical request data to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process these data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

When you contact us

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply, prepare a quote or handle your order. Emails to hello@hynexi.com are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail mailbox (Google); both act as processors and may handle the message outside the European Economic Area under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep these messages for as long as needed for that purpose and for legal record-keeping obligations. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms; its own privacy policy applies to your use of it.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to hello@hynexi.com. You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or to the authority in your own country.
